brief introduction
The LGF series vertical square box dryer is a new type of dryer specially designed for the removal of moisture from pellets, and is widely used in various large, medium, and small clean coal production lines. At the same time, this series of dryers is also suitable for supporting equipment in pellet production lines of various production scales. It adopts a unique air delivery method to evenly contact the hot air with the surface of the pellets, greatly improving the drying effect, high thermal energy utilization rate, and fast drying speed. This series of dryers has a compact structure, small footprint, stable operation, and reliability, and can also be used for drying various granular materials.
Performance characteristics
This series of vertical square box dryers is suitable for supporting equipment in pellet production lines of various scales, especially in clean coal production lines with outstanding performance. Adopting a unique air delivery method, the hot air is uniformly in contact with the surface of the pellets, greatly improving the drying effect, high thermal energy utilization rate, and fast drying speed. The vertical square box dryer has a compact structure, small footprint, stable operation, and reliable performance, and can be used for drying various granular materials.
Working principle
The moisture containing coal products are evenly discharged into the various compartments of the vertical square box dryer through the top fabric belt of the dryer, and the mobile unloader on the fabric belt. The air is heated to 160 degrees Celsius through a hot air stove (the blower will automatically stop when it exceeds the temperature), and then sent into the bottom air duct of the dryer by the blower to heat the coal products (the air temperature and volume can be adjusted). The exhaust gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the upper air duct by the induced draft fan. The dried coal products fall into the bottom hopper through the vibrating discharge port at the bottom of the machine body. Finally, the finished coal and crushed materials are respectively output by the belt conveyor, and the dust can be discharged through the cyclone dust collector.
